Words can satisfy your mind, but silence satisfies your soul - Anonymous

Words work at the level of the mind, but silence reaches the depth of the soul.
The mind is always thinking, comparing, judging, and reacting to the world around us—it depends on constant input and is naturally restless.
The soul, by contrast, is pure awareness: steady, silent, and complete. It doesn’t chase anything; it simply witnesses. True peace comes when the mind quiets enough for us to rest in that deeper presence.
While the mind seeks peace through ideas, the soul finds peace in its own silence.
