What you seek, Seeks you - Rumi

When a desire arises within us, it’s not random or accidental — it’s a reflection of something already present in our being. In Rumi’s view, longing is a divine signal, a whisper from the intelligence of life itself. This intelligence is not bound by our learned logic or societal conditioning; it operates from a deeper, universal order.

Suggestions:

~ Become congruent with your inner promptings. These promptings are not imposed from outside of us, rather they emerge from within, reminding us of what we already are.

~ There are no mistakes, no coincidences. Every genuine longing is a part of a natural unfolding. Life is an intelligent flow. What we seek is not separate from us - it is seeking us because it belongs to us.

~ This inner calling is beyond learned understanding and intellectual reasoning. It is intuitive, mysterious, and often defies conventional logic. The mind may doubt, but the heart knows.

~ Our inner knowing is free. Access to this wisdom is available to anyone who sincerely turns inward. When we truly want to connect with this intelligence, it reveals itself without mediation, cost, or condition.

A whisper stirs within the soul,

Not born of chance, nor mind’s control.

It rises like a hidden flame,

Calling softly, speaking your name.

No accident, no fleeting dream,

Life flows deeper than it seem.

Desire is not a grasping hand,

But roots that bloom where you already stand.

The path unfolds without design,

Beyond the maps of learned mind.

An unseen order, vast and true,

Moves through all—and moves through you.

What you seek is not afar,

It beats within, your guiding star.

When longing knocks, it is the sign:

The sought and seeker intertwine.
