When thoughts become silent, the Soul finds peace in its own source - Upanishads

In the stillness beyond thought, we return to the essence of who we are. The mind, with its endless waves of analysis, memory, and anticipation, often obscures the quiet truth of our being. But when those waves settle—when thought no longer grasps or resists—what remains is pure awareness.
This awareness is not something we create; it is the ever-present source from which all peace flows. The Soul does not need to be taught peace—it simply needs space to remember it. Silence is not a void; it is the doorway to the Self.
